Shipping & Returns


  • $10 flat-rate US shipping.
  • We ship Monday through Friday excluding most holidays. 
    We do our best to get your goodies to you as fast as possible. Please keep in mind we are a small family run boutique and during busier times it may take a tad longer.
  • FREE local pickup is available in East Hartland (use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout.)
  • If you need to return an item, you MUST contact us FIRST by emailing
  • We can easily credit your account in our Boutique for items that are returned.
  • You must contact us within 48 Hours of delivery of your item(s) to initiate a return and send back within 3 business days.
  • Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and mailed back to us within three days of us chatting.
  • DO NOT send back a return without emailing first or the return can not and will not be completed. 
  • **Please note ALL SALE ITEMS and UNDERGARMENTS and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned.**
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
All defects and issues must be brought to our attention via email within 3 DAYS of receiving your order.  Please include your order # and a picture of the defective area.  All defects found after the 3 DAY window will be assessed a restocking fee upon return.  Once an item has been worn or washed, we are unable to refund or replace due to the number of circumstances that are out of our control.
